Joel Keith Lisemby of New Edinburg left his earthen vessel for his eternal home in heaven on Friday, June 7, 2024. He was born February 9, 1956 in Warren, Arkansas. He was preceded in death by his dad and mom, James and Sue. He was the owner and operator of the Lisemby Family Evangelistic Ministries and Psalms Bible and Music Camp.

God allowed him the privilege of sharing the gospel on 5 continents, in over 12 countries, and almost all of the continental United States.
He left behind 51 years of full-time Evangelism, hundreds of original songs, and a legacy of commitment to Jesus Christ and His infallible Word.
He is survived by the love of his life and wife of 44 years, Joy Guillotte Lisemby of New Edinburg; six daughters, Kristen Lisemby Rosener (Lee) of Maumelle, Melody Lisemby Deal (Colbey) of Ragley, Louisiana, Mercy Lisemby-Wells (Rivers) of White Hall, Brooklyn Lisemby, Jamie Lisemby, and Noel Lisemby of New Edinburg; six grandchildren, Nathan James, Selah Elizabeth, Lily Eden, Jaren Thomas, Daniel Walker, and Jeremiah Joel; and brothers Ricky Lisemby of New Edinburg, Reginald Lisemby (Crystal) of Chattanooga, TN., and Darry Lisemby (Pamela) of New Edinburg.
