Joe D. Phillips, 76, of Kingsland died Friday, May 9, 2014 at Dallas County Medical Center in Fordyce. He was born July 1, 1937 in New Edinburg, Arkansas. He is preceded in death by his parents, Otis Phillips and Martina Hall Phillips. He is survived by one daughter, Melanie Phillips of New Edinburg; and one grandson, Austin Faunce of New Edinburg.
