Jimmy Darrell Mahan, age 75 of Holly Springs died Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at his home. He was born November 10, 1950 in Malvern, Arkansas. He was a retired logger. He is preceded in death by his parents, Wilbur “Scooter” Mahan and Frances House Mahan; grandson, Brayden Darrell Mahan; infant brother, William Thomas Mahan; one sister, Wilma Adams; and one brother-in-law, James Howard. He is survived by his wife Marsha Bailey Mahan of Holly Springs; one son, Brandon (Caydence) Mahan of Holly Springs, one daughter, Katelyn (Jacob) Tucker of Hope; one brother, Hank (Peggy) Mahan of Holly Springs; one sister, Kay Howard of Holly Springs; one sister-in-law, Sandra Bailey of Camden; one brother-in-law, Gary Bailey of Olive Branch, MS; four grandsons, Brady Mahan and Colton Mahan of El Dorado, Jonah Tucker of Hope, Darrell Mahan of Holly Springs; one unborn granddaughter, Violet Tucker; and special friends, Wilson and Jimmy Lee Sisson of Hampton and David and Ellen Mullins of Camden.
Visitation will be Friday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce with Rev.
