Jimmie Lee Jones Hollis, 94 of Fordyce, died Thursday, February 13, 2014. She was born March 30, 1919 in Eaglette, Arkansas to the late Henry Owen "Boe" Jones and Mary Elizabeth Nutt "Mamie" Hollis. She was also preceded in death by her husband Truman Bailey Hollis; her daughter Mary MacNichol; one brother, two sisters, and step-father C.C. Hollis. She was a member of the Fordyce United Pentecostal Church.
She is survived by two sons Truman Boe Hollis and wife Claudette of Alexandria, Louisiana; Jimmy Hollis and wife Patsy of Fordyce; two daughters Relda Bordes of Folsom, Louisiana and Wanda Adams and husband Ed of Fordyce; 14 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, and 18 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be Sunday evening from 6PM until 8PM at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce. Graveside services are 10AM Monday at Benton Cemetery near Fordyce. Arrangements are by Benton Funeral Home of Fordyce. To sign the online register visit www.bentonfuneralhome.net .
