Jeffery Todd Kelly

Jeffery Todd Kelly, age 51 of Locust Bayou passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, October 31, 2021. He was born December 5, 1969 in Stuttgart, Arkansas. Jeff was an electrician by trade and an avid Arkansas Razorback fan. Most of all, Jeff would say his proudest accomplishments in life were his wife of twenty five years and their three boys. Jeff loved a good laugh and had a great sense of humor.
Jeff is preceded in death by his father James Edward “Jim” Kelly; two father-in-laws Randy Williams and Marion “Pop” Selby; one brother-in-law Mark Selby; grandparents James and Opal Johnson and William Edward “Fellar” and Ruth Kelly.
Jeff is survived by his mother Gail Kelly of Locust Bayou; wife Mendy Kelly and sons James Ray, Jeb Allen and Jesse Lee Kelly of Locust Bayou; brother Chad Kelly (Lenee) of Conway; two brother-in-laws Tony Selby of Ozark and Derek Williams (Frances) of Camden; two mother-in-laws Cindy Selby of Bearden and Lanell Williams of Bearden; one sister-in-law Amy Hurst (Andy) of Woodberry; seven nieces, two nephews, one great niece and five great nephews, along with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family and friends.
Visitation will be Tuesday 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Wednesday at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce with Rev. Jackie Richardson and Rev.
