Jean Rowland

Jean Rowland, 72, of Rison, died Friday, June 26, 2009 at St. John's Nursing Home in Fordyce. She was born September 26, 1936 in Cleveland County, a daughter of Bill Riggins and Jessie McLaughlin Riggins. She was a member of Harmony Baptist Church near Bearden. She is survived by her husband, Bobby Rowland of Rison; son, Owen Rowland of Huntsville; daughter, Janice Lindsey of Bearden; brother, Mack Riggins of Rison; sisters, Mary Brown and Bertie Rowland both of Rison; and seven grandchildren. Visitation will be Friday 6pm until 8pm at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce. Funeral services will be 4:00 pm Saturday at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce with Rev. Steve Fleming and Rev.
