Jean R. Ritchie

Jean Ritchie, 72, of Hampton, died Saturday August 28, 2010 at her home. She was born in Tinsman, AR on June 21, 1938 to the late Johnnie & Madris Strickland Bowen. Mrs. Ritchie was a retired Abstractor, & was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Hampton.

She is survived by her husband, Charles E. Ritchie of Hampton, AR; two sons, Tony Rinehart & his wife Martha Jo of Hampton, AR, Mark Rinehart of Hampton, AR; a step-son, Charles Wayne Ritchie of FT. Worth, TX; two daughters, Ginger Crotty & her husband Mike of Hampton, AR, Karen Reddin & her husband Steve of Hampton, AR; two step-daughters, Sharon Golden of Hampton, AR, Nancy Ritchie of Scottsdale, AZ; a brother, John F. Bowen & his wife Rose of Jessup, MD; ten grandchildren, Kevin Reynolds of Hampton, AR, Amy Farris of Strong, AR, Jeanna Lea Miller of Hampton, AR, Adam McDonald of Hampton, AR, Zach Rinehart of Locust Bayou, AR, Brandon Golden of Wichita Falls, TX, Emily Golden of Hampton, AR, Lyle Rodriguez of Scottsdale, AZ, Colleen Crotty of El Dorado, AR, Michelle Taylor of El Dorado, AR; & twelve great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a grandson, Cole Crotty.

Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Tuesday August 31, 2010 at the First Assembly of God Church in Hampton. Burial will be in Earnest Cemetery, with Brother Ricky Smith officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 pm Monday evening at the funeral home in Hampton.
