J.C. Rogers, 69, of Kingsland died Monday July 24, 2017. Born February 3, 1948 at Houston, TX, he was a son of the late Orvis Rogers and Vera Marshall Rogers.
He is survived by his son, Jason Rogers and his wife, Heather of Pine Bluff; two brothers, David Rogers and his wife, Kaye of Sheridan, Dennis Rogers and his wife, Pattie of Sheridan; two sisters, Linda Vailes and her husband, Rayvon of Sheridan, Pat Eoff and her husband, Jim of Clinton; two grandchildren, Jake Rogers and Clay Rogers; aunt, Velma Jones of Carthage; former wife, Jo Clements Rogers of Pine Bluff; and special friend, Elaine McDougald of New Edinburg.
The family will receive friends Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. Friday at the Benton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Nathan Rogers officiating.
