Jane R. Russell

Minervia Jane Russell, 71, of Kingsland passed away October 1, 2010. She was born December 23, 1938 at Tucker, Arkansas to William and Maudie Barrow Nichols. She graduated from Watson Chapel High School and began working for the Red Cross for sixteen years, later went to work for Jenkins Memorial where she worked until her retirement in 2006. She is preceded in death by her parents, two infant brothers and her husband of 38 years, Arthur Russell. She leaves to mourn her two sons, Charles Royse and wife Elizabeth of Kingsland and Thomas Royse of Paducah, KY. She also leaves four grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and a host of friends. Visitation will be Monday 6:00pm until 8:00pm at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce. Funeral services will be 10:00am Tuesday at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce with Rev. Shane Matthews officiating.
