James Floyd Thurlkill, 90, of El Dorado, passed away on February 12, 2020 at Oak Ridge Nursing and Rehab. He is preceded in death by his parents, Marlin and Addie Thurlkill; one brother, Harry Bryant Thurlkill; two sisters, Madeline Amis and Frances Owens.
He is survived by his wife, Juanita F. Thurlkill of El Dorado, AR; one daughter, Pamela Turner (Harold) of Harrell, AR; one brother, Henry Thurlkill (Cindy) of El Dorado, AR; one grandchild, Tracy Lyons (Christa) of Junction City, AR; three great-grandchildren, Logan, Madalyn, and Micah Lyons all of Junction City, AR. Special thanks to Lifetouch Hospice, Oak Ridge Nursing and Rehab, and honorary Pastor Leroy Jones.
Graveside services will be 10 AM Saturday, February 15, at Smyrna Cemetery with Bro. John Ayers officiating. Arrangements by Benton Funeral Home of Fordyce.
