James “Buzz” Thomas Slade Jr age 60 of El Dorado, Arkansas passed away on February 5, 2026 at 8:32pm. Buzz was born on November 17, 1965 in Monroe, Louisiana to the late James Thomas Slade. Devoted husband to Monica Clemons Slade of 10 years. Loving father to Jacob Slade; Mary Beth Slade; Matthew Slade; Andrea Tyler; Konrad Williams (Taylor); and Thadeus Williams (Alexis). Proud Poppy to 11 grandkids and 2 great grandkids. Buzz spent 41 years at Perry’s Body Shop and loved his work family. Visitation will be Monday, February 9, 2026 from 6pm to 8pm at Benton Funeral Home in Hampton. Graveside services will be at New Hope cemetery at 11am Tuesday, February 10, 2026 with Bro.
