James T. Lynn

James T. Lynn, 87, of Fordyce died Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at his home. He was born November 3, 1928 in Fordyce, Arkansas. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Fordyce and was a decorated Army veteran serving in Korea. He is preceded in death by his parents, James N. Lynn and Birthel Mae Johnson Lynn; wife, Lois Kennedy Lynn; one son, Richard Allen Lynn; one daughter, Donna Sue Lynn; and five sisters. He is survived by one son, Jim Lynn and wife Margo of Conifer, CO; one brother, Bill Lynn and wife Janette of Fordyce; two grandchildren, Rachel Cornella and husband Terry of Austin, TX, Sarah Greer and husband David of Centennial, CO; five great grandchildren, Sawyer, Megan, Riley, Everest, and Marly. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Saturday, February 27, 2016 at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce with Rev. Rusty Ross and Rev. Jay Bagwell officiating.
