“Ricky” born James Fredrick St. John on October 11, 1953, and went to be with the Lord on February 21,
2024. He was known for his lively spirit, strong work ethic, generosity and readiness to help others
without hesitation. A skilled painter and handyman, his talents were boundless. Ricky enjoyed
digging and collecting arrow heads, cooking bbq for friends and family, riding the river and spending
time outdoors.
He leaves behind his wife Teresa, 5 children, Patricia, Stacy, Kelly, Krystle, and Levi Cody, his brother
Mickey, numerous nieces and nephews, his bird Jo Jo as well as his adored grandchildren and great
grandchildren which were a source of immense joy in his life.
He is preceded in death his parents Charles Edward and Freddie Gayle St. John, siblings Charles, Prissy,
Scott and his daughter Sarah. Ricky’s devotion to his family was unwavering, yet his expansive circle of
friends held a special place in his heart. His enduring friendships developed over decades, attested to his
kind and giving nature. He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
