James C. Blann

James Carroll "Buddy" Blann, 75, of Jersey died Sunday, October 25, 2009 at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock. He was born December 11, 1933 in Hampton. He was retired from Jet Asphalt. He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Mollie Porter Blann; wife, Francine Macy Blann; son, Kenneth Wayne Tomlinson; three brothers and five sisters. He is survived by one son, Rusty Blann of Jersey; two daughters, Debra Harcrow and Cindy Mitchell both of Hampton; one sister, Shirley Dewar of Camden; eight grandchildren, Susan Ferguson, Ann Furlow, Amanda Harcrow all of Camden, Barbara Williams and Candace Farley both of Hampton, Jennifer Raines of California, Holly McAnulty of Alaska and Haley Blann of Hampton; and eleven great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Monday 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Benton Funeral Home in Hampton. Graveside services will be 2:00 pm Tuesday at Pickett Cemetery near Hampton with Rev. Ricky Smith officiating.
