Jack Marvin Hernandez, 53, of Fordyce died Saturday, September 4, 2010 at his home. He was born April 27, 1957 in Oklahoma City, OK. Jack was a Potawatomi American Indian and was also a painter. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack Chisholm Sr., Manuel V. Hernandez and Betty Lou LeClair Hernandez. He is survived by his wife, Tami Murphy Hernandez of Fordyce; sons, Jack Hernandez, Jr., Leon V. Hernandez and Jeffrey M. Hernandez all of Ponca City, OK; daughters, Sara E. Hernandez of Fordyce, Nina M. Hernandez of Gilmer, TX; brothers, Dennis L. Hernandez and Richard A. Hernandez both of Sterling, OK, Michael G. Hernandez, Johnny Hernandez and Vincent L. Hernandez all of Dallas, TX; sisters, Linda (Renee) Godino, Sherri Barrientos, Jacquline (Jackie) Garcia all of Oklahoma City, OK, and Deena (Sis) Yahola of Dallas, TX. Jack's body was cremated.
