Hazel Key Williams

October 18, 1917 — February 8, 2014

Hazel Key Williams, 96, of Fordyce died Saturday February 8, 2014 at the Greenhouse Cottages of Southern Hills in Rison. Born October 18, 1917 in Dallas County, she was the daughter of the late Richard Key Jacobs and Laura Stone Jacobs. She was a member of Beech Grove Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Joyce Calligaro; a grandson, Darren Brown; and a great-grandson, Kenneth Cole.

She is survived by two daughters, Jo Ann Brown of Fordyce, Christine Cole (Marvin) of Junction City; two sons, Chester Williams (Regina) of Fordyce, Paul Williams (Susie) of Fordyce; nine grandchildren, Ed Brown of Washington, NC, Wayne Cole of Parkers Chapel, Susan Brown Muse of Bossier City, LA, Kenny Cole of Junction City, Ralph Cole of Junction City, Tommy Williams of Fordyce, Scott Williams of Fordyce, Donna Williams of Fordyce, Cody Williams of Fordyce; eleven great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Sunday from 6 to 8 PM at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce. Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Monday at the Benton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Nathan Petty officiating.
