Hazel Wilson Tolleson

Hazel Wilson Tolleson, 91, of Fordyce, died Saturday, July 12, 2008 at St. John's Place in Fordyce. She was born March 24, 1917 in Amity, Arkansas. She was a homemaker and a member of Beech Grove Baptist Church in Fordyce. She was preceded in death by her parents, Reece and Ora Franks Wilson; husband, Durel Tolleson; son, Bryce Duke Tolleson; two brothers, Roy and Lloyd Wilson and one sister, Lyda Faye Shankles. She is survived by four nephews, Phil Shankles of Fordyce, Paul Shankles of Hensley, Stanley Shankles of Hampton, Bill Nutt of Memphis, TN; two nieces, Margaret Prewitt and Kay Shankles both of Fordyce. Memorials may be made to Beech Grove Baptist Church in Fordyce. Visitation will be Sunday 6pm until 8pm at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce. Funeral services will be 10:00am Monday at Benton Funeral Home with Rev. Nathan Petty and Rev. Aaron Evans officiating. Graveside services will be 3:00pm Monday at Jones Cemetery near Amity.
