Grover Lee Jose

Grover Lee Jose, 86, of Bearden died Saturday, April 6, 2019 at his home. He was born November 13, 1932 in St. Charles. MO. He was an army veteran of the Korean War and a retired machinist for Boeing. He is preceded in death by his parents, Michael M. Jose and Mary Louise Wehmeier Jose; his wife, Betty Hickman Jose; two daughters, Alma Strickland, and Debra Madden; two brothers, Walter and Amos Jose; two sisters, Catherine Bahar and Frances Shackelford; one grandson, Ronnie Graham; and one great grandson, Christian Foust. He is survived by one son, Michael Dean of Bearden; one daughter, Cathy Graham of Bearden; one niece, Bonnie Hoeckelman of St. Charles, MO; two nephews; four grandchildren, Amanda Foust, Chris Madden, Dale Strickland, and Eric Graham all of Bearden; eight great grandchildren and one great great-grandchild; and good friend, Glenda Brewer of Bearden. Visitation will be Tuesday 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Benton Funeral Home in Bearden. Graveside services will be 2:00 pm Wednesday at Moss Hill Cemetery in Bearden with Rev. Kevin Stevicks officiating.
