Grace Dixon Nix, 99 of Bossier City, LA, formerly of Sparkman, AR died Friday, August 1, 2008. She was born December 2, 1908 to the late Harvey A. and Ethel Fish Dixon. She is preceded in death by her husband Charlie Nix and three sisters, Veva Chambliss, Jewel Dixon, and Velma Barr.
She is survived by her daughter, Dorothy Bustamento of Bossier City, LA; three grandchildren, James Brewer of Bossier City, LA, Donna Kirkoff of Yakima, WA, and Cynthia Welch of Boise, ID; four great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
Graveside services will 10 AM Tuesday at Chapel Hill Cemetery near Sparkman. The family will receive friends Monday from 6 PM until 8 PM at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce.
