Gloria Johnson

Gloria Dell Stewart Johnson, 64, of Camden died Saturday June 17, 2023 at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock. Born September 20, 1958 at Fordyce, She was a daughter of the late John Stewart and Virginia Jones Stewart.
Gloria was a homemaker for most of her life. She dedicated her life to loving and caring for her children, grandchildren and anyone else that the Lord put in her path. She loved to cook and prided herself on always having room at the table for “just one more.” Gloria spent the remainder of her years loving and caring for her Daddy, John Stewart until her own illness caused her to place him in long term care last year.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Douglas K. Johnson; a brother-in-law John Viney.
She is survived by her daughters, Christa Gammill and her husband, Ray of Camden, Virginia Powers of Camden, Mary Stevens and her husband, Robert of Camden; a brother, John E. Stewart and his wife, Sharon of Camden; a sister, Rhonda Viney of Pleasant Hill, MO; step-son, Kenneth Johnson and step-daughter, Crystal Blake; nine grandchildren, Kodie, Alley, Nick, Paul, Kevin, Chyenne, Carlie, Ryan, and Derick; three step-grandchildren, Kylie, Sean, Kieara; and a special friend, Greg Spears.
Memorial services will be 12:00 p.m. Wednesday at Sylvan Hills Baptist Church. There will be a visitation Wednesday 11:00 am until service time at the church. Arrangements are by Benton Funeral Home of Fordyce. To sign the online register visit www.bentonfuneralhome.net .
