Glen Bruce Mcalister

Glen Bruce McAlister, 88 of Fordyce, died Monday, December 10, 2018 at the Central Arkansas Veteran’s Hospital. He was born September 27, 1930 and a resident of Fordyce at the time of his passing. He was a United States Army Veteran.
Glen was preceded in death by his parents, Bruce and Grace McAlister and his wife of 51 years, Ruth Keene McAlister.
Survivors include five sisters, Joey Raney of Fordyce, Charlee Gray of Fordyce, Vivian Whitley of Conway, Ida Fielder of Mountain View and Stella Marks of Rockledge, Florida. He had 13 nieces and nephews and 21 great nieces and nephews.
A graveside memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 15 at 11AM at Moss Cemetery in Bearden.
In lieu of flowers donations may be sent in memory of Glen McAlister to Wounded Warrior Project/PO Box 758516/ Topeka, KS 66675-8516. Arrangements are by Benton Funeral Home of Fordyce.
