Gladys Lorene Hensley

Gladys Lorene O’Banion Hensley, 93 of Fordyce died Monday August 6, 2018 at St. John’s Place in Fordyce. Born June 28, 1925 at Kingsland, she was a daughter of the late Jack O’Banion and Dora Golden O’Banion. She was a homemaker and attended Fordyce First Assembly of God.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Jesse Elem Hensley; three brothers, Pete O’Banion, Charles O’Banion, Jackie O’Banion; six sisters, Vera O’Banion, Valla Mae McCoy, Georgia Collins, Mary Oliver, Dorothy Mott, Frankie Love.
She is survived by her daughter, Faye Crutchfield; son-in-law, Edgar Crutchfield, and grandson, Mike Crutchfield, all of Fordyce; and a sister, Lola Waters of Arizona.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Benton Funeral Home. Graveside services will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday at Kingsland Cemetery with Dusty Rhodes and Rev. B.L.
