George William Pennington

George William Pennington, 80 of Hampton, died Friday, January 31, 2025. He was born January 16, 1945 in Princeton, Arkansas to the late Fred Rhines Pennington Sr. and Ellie Elizabeth Mills Pennington. He was also preceded in death by his son, George William Pennington Jr. and his four sisters, Mildred Jaqulion Miller, Charlene LeGros, Joan Winsworth, and Wanda Fay Williams.

He is survived by his sister, Brenda (David) Pate; his brother, Fred Pennington Jr.; his five children, Jimmy (Angie) Pennington, Tina (Michael) Milton, Lanetta (Ricky) Carter, Xanthea Beavers, and Tonya Bingaman; 10 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

A visitation will be held Sunday evening from 6PM until 8PM at Hampton First Assembly of God Church. Memorial services will be 2PM Monday at Hampton First Assembly of God Church with Rev.
