George M. Gorman, 68, of Hampton died Friday January 25, 2013 at the John R. Williamson Hospice House in El Dorado. Born March 28, 1944, he was a son of the late Edward and Lesta Mae Gorman. He was a member of Victory Baptist Church and retired from Long's Sheet Metal after 42 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Billy Gorman and Ronnie Gorman. Survivors include his wife, Linda Gorman of Hampton; two sons, David Gorman and wife Audrey of Bearden, Brian Gorman and wife Kim of Hampton; daughter, Renee Stith and husband Travis of Hampton; sister, Ellen Williams and husband Joe of Hampton; two sisters-in-law, Brenda Gorman of Arkadelphia and Marion Stokes of Hampton; ten grandchildren, Holly and husband Dane, Casey and husband J.D., Brittany and husband Daniel, Haley, Charlie, Jesse, Autumn, Makaylee, Tristan, and Little Autumn; six great-grandchildren, Reagan, Asher, Brooke, Emerson, Jenny, Gianna; and uncle, Earl Gorman. The family will receive friends Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Benton Funeral Home in Hampton. Funeral services are 10:00 a.m. Monday at Victory Baptist Church with Rev. Sam Higgs and Rev.
