Geneva Evans Anthony, 71, of Bearden went to be with her Lord Tuesday, August 25, 2015 at Dallas County Medical Center in Fordyce. She was born February 6, 1944 in Calhoun County, Arkansas. She was a retired C.N.A. and a member of Providence Landmark Missionary Baptist Church. Geneva is preceded in death by her parents, Herman and Dolly Evans; husband, Glenn Anthony; four brothers, Hervey Evans, Winfred Evans, Waymon Evans and Junior Evans; and four sisters, Liz Nash, Chloe Patterson, Charlotte Bradbury and Reba Evans. She is survived by one daughter, Linda Henry and husband Pete of Thornton; one step son, Chuck Anthony and wife Patricia of Bearden; two step daughters, Pam Anthony of Bearden and Christy Johnson and husband Mitch of Star City; one sister, Katheryn Davidson of Chidester; one sister-in-law, Thelma Evans of Bearden; two brothers-in-law, Hollis Nash of Bearden and James Bradbury of Monroe, LA; one daughter by heart, Brenda Strange of Bearden; her loving pet, Baby; two grandchildren, Jason Hamilton and wife Tara of Star City, and Christy Abeyta of Thornton; five great grandchildren, Dakota, Landon, and Aubree Hamilton, and Keeton and Sebastian Abeyta; five step grandchildren; nine step great grandchildren and two step great-great grandchildren. Visitation will be Thursday 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Friday at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce with Rev. Brian Caldwell and Rev.
