Gary Ward Barnes

Gary Ward Barnes, 66 of Fordyce died Thursday, November 13, 2025 in Baptist Medical Center Little Rock. Gary was born in Fordyce on November 19, 1958 to Franklin and JonAnne Ward Barnes.

He is preceded in death by his father, Franklin Barnes; and one brother, John Barnes.

He is survived by his wife, Cornelia Barnes of Fordyce; mother, JonAnne Barnes of Fordyce; one daughter, Laura (Jason) Smith of Fort Smith; one son, Adam (Katie) Barnes of Warren; one brother, Steve Barnes of Abilene, TX; one grandchild, Bethany Barnes of Warren.
