Fredrick "Fred" Wayne Fielder, 71, of Fordyce died Tuesday, September 18, 2012 at his home. He was born September 9, 1941 in Fordyce, Arkansas. He was a retired businessman and a member of Synergy Apostolic Church in Fordyce. He is preceded in death by his parents, George W. Fielder and Mamie Ruth Jordan Fielder; son, Johnathan Jacob Fielder and sister, Janie Morgan. He is survived by his wife, Ida Fielder of Fordyce; two daughters, Janet (Kevin) Simons of Cupertino, CA, Tracy Humphries of Centerville, TX and Anna Fielder of Fayetteville, AR; three step-daughters, Debbie (Andy) Nichols of Heber Springs, AR, Becky Gilliam of Mount Ida, AR and Anglya (J.C.) Cox of Pencil Bluff, AR; one brother, Jerry Fielder of Camden; two sisters, Betty (James) Yarbrough of Andrews, TX, Barbara Reese of Odessa, TX; and eight grandchildren. Visitation will be Thursday 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Friday at Synergy Apostolic Church in Fordyce with Rev. Bobby Hartgen and Rev.
