Frances Dale Boone Chambliss

Frances Dale Boone Chambliss, 69, of Bearden died Tuesday March 22, 2016 at her home. She was born July 6, 1946 at Camden. She was the long time secretary at First Southern Baptist Church in Bearden and a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her father, Frank Boone; sister, Joni Boone; and granddaughter, Brooke Barner. She is survived by her husband of fifty years, William Chambliss of Bearden; her mother, Virginia Boone of Bearden; three daughters, Lynn Walsh and her husband Dennis "Bubba" of Holly Springs, Kelli Barner and her husband, Gary of Bearden, India Weatherly and her husband Chad of Fordyce; son, William "Bud" Chambliss II of Bearden; brother, Ricky Boone and wife Donna of Lincoln, NE; four grandchildren, Michael Barner of Bearden, Kenli Barner of Bearden, Anna and Collin Weatherly of Fordyce; great-grandson Landon Barner of Bearden. The family will receive friends Thursday from 6:00p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Benton Funeral Home at Bearden. Funeral services are 2:00 p.m. Friday at First Southern Baptist Church at Bearden.
