Florence Louise Williams

Florence Louise Williams, 76, of Hampton, died Monday October 5, 2009 at the Medical Center of South Arkansas. She was born in Blue Mountain, AR on September 30, 1933 to the late Fred Smith & Welda Keathley. Mrs. Williams was a retired Nurses Aid & a member of the Canaan Baptist Church in Harrell.

She is survived by her husband, Joe Fred Williams of Hampton, AR; two sons, Gregory Allen Williams of Tampa, FL, Jerry Phillip Williams of Ripplemead, VA; a daughter, Debora Jo Williams of Ripplemead, VA; & three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Vicki Lynn Hawks, a brother, Fred Williams Smith, & a sister, Elizabeth Thorn.

Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Thursday October 8, 2009 at the Faustina Baptist Church. Burial will be in Faustina Cemetery, with the Rev. Troy Harris & Rev. L.E. Mcculough officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 pm Wednesday evening at the funeral home in Hampton. Arrangements are by Benton Funeral Home of Fordyce.
