Faye Bonner Lansdale

Faye Bonner Lansdale, 81 of Sun City, Arizona died December 20, 2008 in Tucson, Arizona. Born October 23, 1927 at Fordyce, Arkansas, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Ida Bonner. She was retired from the Arizona Department of Corrections where she was an administrative assistant. Mrs. Lansdale was preceded in death by her parents; her son Thomas Bradford Lansdale; her brother, James Bonner; her sisters, Euphrosyne Chase, Janice Boyd, and Loryce Payne. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Jack L. Lansdale of Sun City, Arizona; her son, Jack L. Lansdale, Jr. of Tucson, Arizona; grandsons, Jack L. Lansdale III of Phoenix, Arizona, John W. Lansdale of Jacksonville, Florida, Troy S. Lansdale of Tucson, Arizona; her sister Ida Frank of San Antonio, Texas. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday December 30. 2008 at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce, AR. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday December 31, 2008 at the Benton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Stacy Reed officiating. Burial will follow at Oakland Cemetery.
