Eva Nell Haynes

Eva Nell Gilbert Haynes, 93 of Harrell, died Saturday, May 19, 2012 in El Dorado, Arkansas. She was born January 19, 1919 in Calhoun County, Arkansas to the late Christopher Columbus and Alice Byrd Gilbert. She was of the Assembly of God faith. She was preceded in death by her husband Otis Lee Haynes; sons Troy and Rod Haynes; grandson Bucky Haynes; three great grandsons: Hayden Haynes, Hunter Curry, and Michael Curry; four brothers and four sisters.

She is survived by her daughter, Polly Coleman of Harrell, Arkansas; five grandsons: Gary and Debra Coleman, Scotty and Angie Coleman, Tommy and Stephanie Coleman all of Fulton, Mississippi, Keith and Bertie Coleman of Hampton, and Dennis and Terri Haynes of Harrell; two granddaughters, Cindy Haynes and Aaron Fernandez of El Dorado and Tracy DuPree of El Dorado; 16 great grandchildren, and 7 great-great grandchildren.

Visitation will be Monday evening from 6 PM until 8 PM at First Assembly of God Church in Hampton. Funeral services will be 2 PM Tuesday at Union Grove Assembly of God Church with burial at Union Grove Cemetery. Rev. Rickey Smith and Rev. Mack Ables will be officiating with Dottie Smith as the pianist and soloist. The grandsons will serve as pallbearers. Arrangements are by Benton Funeral Home of Hampton.
