Ernestine J. (Danley) Wisdom, age 87, of Lillington, North Carolina formerly of Smithfield, died on Tuesday, October 1, 2013 in the Green Leaf Care Center in Lillington. Born in Mount Ida, Arkansas on May 17, 1926, she was the daughter of the late Charlie and Myrtle Miller Danley. She spent her life being a dedicated pastor's wife and a loving mother and grandmother.
Survivors include her husband, Rev. Harold Dee Wisdom; daughters, Cathy Wisdom Grant and husband Jim of Angier, Kandis Dee Wisdom Grant and husband Joe of East Peoria, IL; four grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 5th at 11:00 AM in the chapel of Benton Funeral Home of Fordyce with burial following in the Oakland Cemetery in Fordyce. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday from 10 -11 AM. Memorial contributions may be made to the Green Leaf Care Center or Hospice of Harnett County, North Carolina.
