Ernest Elliotte Starks

Ernest Elliotte Starks, age 76 of Carthage died Sunday, September 8, 2024. He was born October 13, 1947 in Carthage, Arkansas. He was a member of the Carthage Presbyterian Church, a retired lumber mill worker, and an Army Vietnam Veteran. He is preceded in death by his parents, Thomas W. Starks, Sr. and Marie House Starks; wife, Carolyn Marshall Starks; and one brother, Thomas W. Starks, Jr. He is survived by one sister, Mary Overton of Carthage and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Tuesday 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce. Funeral services will be 10:00 am Wednesday at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce with Rev. JJ Harrington and Rev.
