Emil L. Gohlke, 86 of Maumelle, died Tuesday, August 30, 2016 in North Little Rock. He was born October 4, 1929 in Harrison to the late Emil Wilheim and Gertrude Mae Gohlke. He was also preceded in death by his son Robert Gohlke, grandson Joseph Donkers, and sisters Betty Jean Mitchell and Vivian Mae Janise.
He is survived by his daughter Brenda Donkers of Oregon City, OR; two granddaughters Melissa Anderson of Ponte Vedra, FL and Jessica Robbins of Oregon City, OR, three great grandchildren Kamryn Anderson of Ponte Vedra, Willow Robbins of Oregon City, and Brendan Donkers of Oregon City, and his ex-wife Joyce Gohlke of Maumelle.
Graveside services will be 2PM Friday at Stoney Point Cemetery in Fordyce. Arrangements are by Benton Funeral Home of Fordyce. To sign the online register visit www.bentonfuneralhome.net .
