Ella Marie Lash

Ella Marie Posey Lash, 68, of New Edinburg died Tuesday May 14, 2019 at the Dallas County Medical Center in Fordyce. Born May 14, 1951, at Fordyce, she was a daughter of the late AJ Posey and Sarah Humphries Posey.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Lash; grandchild, Chaice Womack; sisters, Elizabeth Metcalf, Mary Benson, Wanda Marks. She is survived by one son, James Lash (Cindy) of New Edinburg; one daughter, Tina Womack (Ricky) of New Edinburg, two brothers, Travis Posey of New Edinburg and Clifton Posey of Camden; one sister, Savannah Cockrell of Camden; two grandchildren, Justin Lash and Ryan Womack.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday May 16 at the Benton Funeral Home Chapel.
