Elizabeth Joann Hall

July 2, 1930 — February 13, 2019

Elizabeth Joann Hall, 88 of New Edinburg died Wednesday February 13, 2019 at JRMC in Pine Bluff. Born July 2, 1930 at Kingsland, she was a daughter of the late Bevelly Barnett Knowles and Jessie Clara Franklin Knowles. She was a teacher and a member of Hebron United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Wiley David Hall; four sisters, Anita Knowles, Myra Weynandt, Sally Harris, Janie Kuykendall; one brother, Benjamin Knowles; one son, David Hall. She is survived by two daughters, Belinda Langford (Harold) of New Edinburg, Nita Hall of New Edinburg; son, Calton Hall (Jamie) of Kingsland; five grandchildren, Meleah Smith (Wes) of Malvern, Josh Langford (Courtney) of Hot Springs, Jonathan Langford of Hot Springs, Rachel Hall of Maumelle, James Wiley Hall (Brittney) of Star City; four great-grandchildren, Karlee Castle, Mark Wesley Smith, Hutton Hall, Paisley Langford; special caregiver, Ceola Warner; and her “other daughters”, Vicki Bowen, Patricia McClellan, Vicki Barlow and a host of nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Sunday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Monday at Hebron United Methodist Church with Rev. Justin Childress and Dusty Rhodes officiating. Burial will follow at Graves Cemetery. Arrangements are by Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce. To sign the online register visit www.bentonfuneralhome.net .
