Elizabeth Hall Barner, 90, of Clinton Died Wednesday December 5, 2018. She was born February 18, 1928 in New Edinburg to the late Cooper Hall and Mamie Barnett Hall.
She was a homemaker and Christian example to her family and all who knew her. She was a faithful member of First Baptist Church Sugar Loaf at Higden. She also loved to cook and fish.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Leslie Earl Barner; her son, Oscar Barner; her sister, Hazel Vittitow and her half brother, Jack Marks.
She is survived by her daughter, Katherine Cuffel and her husband, Loren of Clinton; three grandchildren, Terri Dutton and husband, Jerry of Benton, Cooper Barner and wife, Jane of Little Rock, Currie Barner of Denver, CO; and great-grandchild Rowan Barner.
Visitation will be 9:00 a.m. Friday at First Baptist Church Sugarloaf at Higden with funeral services following at 10:00 a.m. at the church. Burial will be 3:00 p.m. Friday at Mt. Elba Cemetery near Kingsland.
Memorials may be made to the Building Fund at First Baptist Church Sugar Loaf at Higden.
