Edward Lee Brown

Edward Lee Brown, 78, of Little Rock, AR died Monday November 7, 2011 at his home. He was born in Kingsland, AR on October 6, 1933 to the late Arthur Lee & Lucy Wright Brown. Mr. Brown was a retired mechanic for Strickland Transportation & UPS. He honorably & faithfully served his country in United States Army.

He is survived by his son, Mark Brown of Little Rock, AR; two daughters, Lisa Brown of Little Rock, AR, Tabbie Wingerter & her husband Mike of Benton, AR; two grandchildren, Leah Wingerter of Benton, AR, Matt Wingerter & his wife Beth of Benton, AR; & a great grandchild, Shelby Wingerter of Benton, AR. Mr. Brown was preceded in death by his wife, Judith Marie Massey Brown.

Graveside services will be 1:30 PM Thursday afternoon at the Wright Cemetery, located in the Bleeker Community in Cleveland County, with the Rev. David Robinson officiating. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM Thursday at the Benton Funeral home in Fordyce. The family would like to say a special thanks to Little Rock Hematology-Onocology Dept. & to Becky & Dr. Santa Cruz of Arkansas Hospice.
