Eddie Joe Lea, 68 of Sparkman died July 19, 2023 at the Dallas County Medical Center in Fordyce. Eddie was born February 21, 1955 to the late O.D. Lea and Myrtice Crouse Lea
He is preceded in death by his parents, and one daughter, Melissa Ann Lea.
He is survived by his wife, Brenda Kay Lea of Manning; one son, Josh Lea of Sparkman; one daughter, Amanda Lea Plyler and spouse Randy of Arkadelphia; one sister, Belinda Holloway; four grandchildren Daniel Whitehead, Daniel Lea, Logan Lea, and Wyatt Lea.
Visitation will be Monday July 24, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Shady Grove Church in Sparkman. Funeral services will be 11:00 am Monday July 24, 2023 at Shady Grove Church near Sparkman with Rev. Zeb Barrett officiating. Burial will follow at Macedonia Cemetery in Princeton. To sign the online register visit www.bentonfuneralhome.net .
