Doyle Castleberry

Doyle W. Castleberry, 71, of Fordyce died Sunday August 19, 2012 at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock. Born February 4, 1941 at Bearden, he was a son of the late Odom and Bonnie Arnold Castleberry. He was a member of Temple Baptist Church and was retired from Alltel Telephone Company. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Orland, Paul, and Arnold Castleberry; and three sisters, Ozella Corley, Mary Nell Moseley, and Pauline Castleberry. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Barbara Helberg Castleberry of Fordyce; son Tony Castleberry and wife Pam of Fordyce; daughter Donna Humphries and husband Tony of Fordyce; brother Raymond Castleberry and wife Sara of Bearden; sister Katie McDonald of Bearden; four grandchildren, Amy Freyaldenhoven and husband Kole, Kaylee Grace Humphries, Brady Brandon and wife Kristen, Brent Brandon and wife Nikki; a special buddy Caden Clayton; and many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Benton Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at the Benton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Rodney Grice and Rev. Nathan Petty officiating. Burial will follow at Stoney Point Cemetery. Arrangements are by Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce.
