Doshia Hollis Harrell 90, of Harrell died Monday July 5, 2010 at Farmerville Nursing and Rehab at Farmerville, LA. She was born May 20, 1920 at Fountain Hill. She was a daughter of the late Charles and Eula Estelle Sivils Hollis. She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Fay Harrell; son, Hollis Harrell; brother Cecil Hollis; sister Charlene Lovette. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Frances and Gene Dereuisseaux of Harrell; two brothers, Lavaughn Hollis of Hope and John Hollis of Bryan, TX; three grandchildren Gina Bennett and David of Spearsville, LA, Tom Harrell and Sonya of Harrell, Holly Kanipe and Bob of Harrell; five great-grandchildren Rob Alexander of Spearsville, LA, Garrett Kanipe, Emily Harrell, Wyatt Kanipe, Maggie Harrell, all of Harrell; great-great-grandchild Russ Alexander of Spearsville, LA. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 5 to 7 p.m. at Benton Funeral Home in Hampton. Graveside services will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday July 8, 2010 at Dickinson Cemetery with Pastor Rickey Smith officiating. Arrangements by Benton Funeral Home of Hampton.
