Dorothea Key Gurnsey

Dorothea Key Gurnsey, 82, of Bearden died Monday, February 14, 2011. She was born June 13, 1928 in Holly Springs, Arkansas. She was a homemaker and a member of the Church of Christ in Bearden. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jimmie W. Key and Ruby Tilley Key and husband, Johnnie F. Gurnsey. She is survived by three daughters and sons-in-law, Cheryl and Robbie Hutchens of Bearden, Diane and Tony Christmas of Warren, OK, Pam and Jack Kyzer of Fordyce; four grandchildren, Shea Wilson and husband David of El Dorado, Leigh Beasley and husband Robert of Sheridan, Tony Peter Christmas of Warren, OK, Kyle Kyzer and wife Laura of Sheridan; two great-grandchildren, Hannah Weatherly and Whitley Beasley both of Sheridan; one sister, Lucell Lewis of Minden, LA and one brother, Joe W. Key and wife Anna of Holly Springs. Visitation will be Wednesday 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Benton Funeral Home in Bearden. Graveside services will be 11:00 am Thursday at Chapel Hill Cemetery near Sparkman with Gary Rayborn officiating. Arrangements by Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce/Bearden.
