Dolores “Doe Doe” Riggs Pennington, age 90 of Holly Springs passed away Saturday, October 3, 2026 at Hospice Home Care in Little Rock, Arkansas. She was born March 3, 1936 in Camden, Arkansas. She is preceded in death by her parents, Cleo Riggs and Milva Hankwitz Riggs; her husband, Winfred “Wimpy” Pennington; and one sister, Norma Jean Brasewell. She is survived by two sons, Chuck Pennington of Hot Springs, Vic (Pennie) Pennington of Bearden; one sister, Alla Bush of Springhill, LA; five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
