Devan Lewis Pennington of El Dorado died February 20, 2016. He was born February 19, 2016 in Little Rock.
He is survived by his parents, Kevin Pennington and Jennifer Obarr, both of El Dorado; two brothers, Darron and Caddon Pennington, both of Louisiana; and one sister, Kenzi Michelle Pennington of El Dorado.
A graveside service will be 2PM Friday at Arlington Cemetery in El Dorado . Arrangements are by Benton Funeral Home of Fordyce. To sign the online register visit www.bentonfuneralhome.net .
