David "Skeet" Brewer

David "Skeet" Brewer, 71, of Fordyce died Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at St. John's Place in Fordyce. He was born May 31, 1944 in Little Rock, Arkansas. He is preceded in death by his parents, Clyde S. Brewer and Mildred Rush Brewer; and one niece, Gwen Phillips. He is survived by four brothers, Lloyd "Buddy" (Shelia) Brewer of Thornton, Fred Hamell (Eunice) Brewer of Yoakum, TX, Harold Dean (Ginger) Brewer of Pensacola, FL, Bill (Frances) Steele of Lake Village; six sisters, Alene Yates of Garland, TX, Jean (Jerry) Huddleston of Thornton, Lou (John) Hites of Yoakum, TX, Sue Guantt of Conway, Bonda Riggolia of Carrolton, TX, and Wanda Sharp of Columbus, IN. Visitation will be Friday 11:30 am until 1:30 pm at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Friday at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce with Rev. Stan Jones officiating. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Chapel Hill Baptist Church 761 Calhoun 63 Thornton, AR 71766. Arrangements are by Benton Funeral Home of Fordyce.
