Cora Dean Green, 81 of Bearden, died Thursday, August 18, 2011 in Camden. She was born November 18, 1929 in Bearden to the late Richard and Emma Wilkins Lindsey. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Green; her brother Wesley Lindsey; and her sister Zula Allen.
She is survived by her sons, Rick Green and wife Janet of Arkadelphia and Bob Green and wife Sherrie of Bearden; daughter Monda Rogers and husband Eddie of Fordyce; brother Lloyd Lindsey and wife Ruby of Kilgore, Texas; sisters Relda Lamb of Bearden, Velma Nutt and husband Hallie of Mabelvale, Jean Parnell of Dallas, Texas; and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Salem Cemetery Association, 450 Brookridge, Camden, AR 71701 of which Dean and Gerald committed years of love and service.
Graveside services are 2 PM Saturday at Salem Cemetery in Bearden. Visitation will be Friday evening from 6 PM until 8 PM at Benton Funeral Home in Bearden. Arrangements by Benton Funeral Home of Fordyce. To sign the online register visit www.bentonfuneralhome.com .
