Cleveland Eugene "Buddy" Williams, 77, of Hampton, died Friday April 23, 2010 at the John R. Williamson House in El Dorado, AR. Mr. Williams was born in Hampton, AR on March 10, 1933 to the late Walter & Gordie Webb Williams. He was a retired Iron Worker & a member of the Canaan Baptist Church in Harrell, AR.

He is survived by his wife Betty Jean Williams of Hampton, AR; two sons, Gary Williams of Hampton, AR, Tony Williams & his wife Laura of Hampton, AR; a daughter, Sharon Martin & her husband Jimmy of Harrell, AR; a sister, Ethel Jones of Little Rock, AR; five grandchildren, Jeremy Martin, Megan Cagle, Traci Williams, Keli Williams, & Blake Williams. Mr. Williams was preceded in death by an infant sister, Cheryl Ann Williams.

Funeral services are 2:00 pm Monday April 26, 2010 at the Canaan Baptist Church in Harrell. Burial will be in Faustina Cemetery, with the Rev. Brent Day officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 pm Sunday at the funeral home in Hampton. Memorials may be made to Life Touch Hospice or Canaan Missionary Baptist Church.
