Charles Burton Ritchie, age 89, of Benton, Arkansas died Friday, August 5, 2022 at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock, Arkansas. He was born September 28, 1932 in Hampton, Arkansas. He was a retired supervisor for International Paper Company and a member of Celebration Church in Haskell, Arkansas.
Burton is preceded in death by his parents, Johnny Floyd Ritchie and Lillie Mae Strickland Ritchie; one brother, Johnny Wallace Ritchie; and wife, Sue Evans Ritchie. He is survived by his wife, Maxine Clemons Oglesbee Ritchie of Benton; one son, Gregory (Robbin) Ritchie of White Hall; one daughter, Seketheia Nicholson-Phillips of White Hall; one step son, Danny Parker of West Monroe, LA; three step daughters, Gail Presswood of Benton, Linda (Roger) Allison of Benton, Machel Carvill of Little Rock; two sisters, Emma Jean Reddin of El Dorado, Margaret Fielding of Calico Rock; twenty four grand and great grandchildren.

Visitation will be Sunday 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce. Funeral services will be 10:00 am Monday at Benton Funeral Home with Rev. David Inzer and Rev.
