Charles W. Morris

Charles W. Morris, 81, of Fordyce died Friday, August 30, 2013 at St. John's Place in Fordyce. He was born January 24, 1932 in Kingsland, Arkansas. He was a retired truck driver and a Navy veteran. He is preceded in death by his parents, Addis "Buck" Morris and Vella Roberts Morris; and one brother, Kenneth Morris. He is survived by one daughter, Cindy Haan of Downey, CA; one brother, Raymond Morris of Garden Grove, CA; one sister, Reba Hicks of Baton Rouge, LA; and three grandchildren, Brianna Haan, Charlie Haan and Joseph Davis all of Downey, CA; and several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be 10:00 am Monday, September 2, 2013 at Wheeler Cemetery near Fordyce. Arrangements by Benton Funeral Home of Fordyce.
