Carolyn M. Garner Mckinney

Carolyn M. Garner McKinney, 72, of Kingsland died Wednesday January 6, 2010 at her home. Born February 14, 1937 at Kingsland, she was a daughter of the late Albert Lee and Willie Mae Ashlock Garner. She was a homemaker and a member of the New Edinburg First United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Lavois Veasey; and a nephew, David Garner. She is survived by her husband, Bobby McKinney of Kingsland; one daughter, Debbie Fergusson and her husband Randy of Flint, TX; three brothers, James A. Garner and his wife Nedra of Malvern, Curtis Garner of Kingsland, Norris E. Garner of Kingsland; two sisters, Delawis Noyola and her husband Robert of Oakland, CA, Sue Tate and her husband Melvin of Greenbrier and many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce. Funeral Services will be 2:00 p.m. Friday at the Benton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev.
